Japanese people enjoy several continuous days of holiday between late April and early May, which are called the Golden Week in Japan. Then various regions of Japan will be bustling with crowded vacationers. 3. Showa Kinen Park: a Flower Carpet in Orange and Golden, a Fantastic Scene of Rape Blossoms and Iceland Poppy Blossoms!

Situated in Tachikawa, Tokyo, Showa Kinen Park (Showa Memorial Park, about 60-minute ride from Tokyo Station) features an orange carpet of Iceland poppy blossoms and a golden carpet of rape blossoms. A variety of flowers will be in full bloom between late April and early May!

4. Ashikaga Flower Park: Curtains in Purple and White, a Fantastic Scene of Wisteria!

Situated in Ashikaga, Tochigi Prefecture, Ashikaga Flower Park (around 100-minute ride from Tokyo Station) presents a fantastic spectacle: more than one gorgeous curtains, made of numerous purple wisterias & white wisterias and rooted in trellises, hang in the air. A seemingly endless white wisteria tunnel in the Park also offers countless amazing views!
