It’s a mini parfait in a container 4cm square on the bottom, 6cm square on the top, and 8.5cm high. It’s a nicely sized and reasonably priced dessert.

It’s topped with fresh apple slices and almonds as well as plenty of caramel whipped cream. The layers of colour were well suited to autumn.
Under the whipped cream were layers of sponge, pudding, caramel jelly, custard cream, and banana mousse.

The caramel whipped cream was light, sweet and little bitter. Awesome! The fresh apple had a crunchy texture and it tasted so good with the caramel! The sponge layer was nice and fluffy. The custard was sweet and the caramel sauce had a toasted element to it. Wherever you start with your spoon, this dessert is a hit!

In the middle was a caramel jelly layer which brought variety to the texture. On the bottom was a banana mousse layer which had a nice banana aroma. Needless to say, the bananas and caramel went so well together! The mousse was on the bottom but it was certainly no less delicious than the rest of the dessert.

It started sweet and bitter and ended fruity! I was so satisfied having so much colour and flavor in one parfait.

Family Mart released this parfait along with a “custard and fruit parfait”!
One was sweet with sour fruit, the other was sweet with bitter caramel. I have to say they were both so good! Go check them out yourself!
