2016 Daigo ~Daigo Light~

Fukuroda Falls, one of Japan’s Three Great Waterfalls, is lit up annually as part of this event!
Fukuroda Falls is a four-tier waterfall that is 120 meters high and 73 meters wide.
Around late January, 70-80% of the falls freeze, turning Fukuroda Falls into a waterfall of ice. In particularly cold winters, the falls may even completely freeze over.
In addition, the local Kuji River Illumination is held from December 1st through January 15th.
