When in Osaka, I want to eat the most delicious yakitori, or grilled chicken served on skewers! If that sounds like you, I can highly recommend Morita. At this restaurant, savor the freshest free-range local chicken that has been deftly handled with the utmost care by the owner, who has the rare distinction of having a license to handle fowl as food.
The popular yoshoku (western-style food) restaurant Mon-ami serves hamburger steaks made with Kobe beef, the pride and joy of Hyogo Prefecture. This enormous hamburger has even been featured on TV. I decided to stop by for lunch, so I’ll be introducing my experience here!
“Houchou Ippon” is a tucked-away Japanese restaurant in Kitahama, a business district of Osaka.
They offer authentic Japanese foods made with seasonal ingredients, so it’s often used for business meals and the like.
I heard that you can get a great lunch for a reasonable price here, so I went in for a visit.
“Tomato no Sato Shinanoji” in Osaka is an unusual tomato ramen specialty restaurant.
The prices are a bit high, but the ingredients used are of great quality thanks to the craftsman-spirited owner. Other restaurants sell tomato ramen as well, but this restaurant is known as the pioneer of the dish and has many fans.
I’ve visited here before, but I remembered how much I loved the taste and came back!
Ramen Hayato is a tremendously popular ramen shop in Osaka. It was also featured in the 2016 Michelin Guide Osaka’s “Bib Gourmand” section. Bib Gourmand is the name of a section of the guide that recommends high-quality foods at reasonable prices, for people who want to get more bang for their buck.
“Senba Shinsaibashisuji Shotengai” is a shopping district packed with people.
It’s also a gourmet battlefield where delicious restaurants duke it out.
Our focus this time is “Ajiman,” a restaurant that’s been adored for over 50 years!
The battle for Christmas business has already begun in the sweets industry. During this season, I was invited to Imperial Hotel Osaka for the unveiling of their Christmas cakes, so I went for a visit!
Recently I visited Menya Hanabusa. The restaurant often ranks amongst Osaka best Ramen Shops and is popular because it offers artificial flavour-free and additive-free broth for it’s Ramen!
