Convenient for Sightseeing in Osaka!  Hostel Namba Minami Kanon Can Even Accommodate Large Groups

This article will introduce Osaka's Hostel Namba Minami Kanon, which opened in November of 2016.
You can take just one train out here from Kansai International Airport, reaching the closest station of Shin-Imamiya without making any transfers!
From this location, it's also easy to access Osaka's main tourist attractions, such as Namba, Dotonbori, Kuromon Ichiba (Market), Osaka Castle Park, and Universal Studios Japan (USJ).

Hostel Wasabi Osaka Bed with Library

“Hostel Wasabi Osaka Bed with Library” opened in December of 2016. As its name suggests, this is a unique library-like hostel that you can stay in overnight. Located a 5-minute walk from Kintetsu Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, it’s in a prime location for both sightseeing and business in Osaka.

The first Omu-rice in Japan!  “Hokkyokusei Shinsaibashi main branch” established in Osaka in 1922!

This restaurant is located in the Shinsaibashi area of Osaka near Dotonbori. There is a section of Shinsaibashi called Amerika-Mura. It is a trendy area for the young generation. In Amerika-Mura there is a traditional Japanese house that captures everyone`s eyes.
It is Osaka’s well known restaurant “Hokkyokusei”. This restaurant was established in 1922.
Hokkyokusei is an Omu-rice speciality shop with more than 10 locations in department stores throughout Osaka.
I went to eat lunch at the Hokkyokusei Shinsaibashi main branch.

For Ramen Full of Nira, Head for Osaka's Ten-Ten, Yu

There is a ramen restaurant I have loved for a long time.
Named Ten-Ten, Yu, it's a sister shop to Kyoto's famous flagship, Ten-Ten-Yu.
A lot of regular customers seem to come to this ramen shop every day to enjoy the free Nira Kimchi, a spicy Korean pickled cabbage with Chinese chives (Nira in Japanese).

In Osaka, Daigoku's Kayaku-Gohan is noted in the Michelin Big Gourmand!

The "Daigoku" restaurants have been operating in Namba and Dotonbori since 1902. Kayaku-Gohan, their signature dish, was noted in the 2017 Michelin Big Gourmand guide.

Kayaku-Gohan is seasoned rice cooked with vegetables and meat, Kansai-style. It's a homemade rice dish cooked with soy sauce or dashi stock and your favorite ingredients.
