I recently had lunch at Ginza Kashiwa, a restaurant that opened in April of 2018. Here, diners can enjoy Hinai-Jidori, a premium brand of chicken from Akita Prefecture. It's considered one of the three tastiest varieties of chicken in Japan!

As Uchiyama is a hugely popular restaurant that has held one Michelin star for multiple years, you absolutely need a reservation. This time, I visited for lunch.
This time, I had lunch at “Kurogi Chacha,” a collaboration between the Japanese restaurant “Kurogi” and the long-standing Kyoto uji-cha store “Fukujuen.”
The original “Kurogi,” located in Minato-ku, is an extremely popular restaurant for which it is hard to secure reservations, but as this GINZA SIX location does not accept reservations, so even tourists can get in!
